This is a follow up from the previous article I wrote about juicing fruits and vegetables.
Most people are not getting enough fruits and vegetables in their diet. That’s why juicing fruits and vegetables can be one of the easiest ways to get the nutrients you need in your body without having to eat a ton of fruits and vegetables.
Instead of eating the whole fruits and veggies, juice it in liquid form and drink it.
Let me tell you a story…
We all know fruits and veggies are good for us. Doctors, personal trainers, your mom, and everyone that you know can probably tell you that getting more fruits and veggies in your diet is good for you and leads to better health.
I’m no expert on losing weight as I’ve never been overweight before, but I am in shape as I eat healthy and hit the gym at least 3 times a week. I must be doing something right. Here are some quick thoughts from me on how someone can approach losing weight.
This is pretty ugly
I was doing the usual thing I do every week, making brown rice.
I don’t own a rice cooker and prefer to make it in a pot, because I like to add olive oil to my brown rice.
You finally had the courage to message that cute chick on Match dot com.
After staring at her profile for the last couple of days you finally shoot your shot and it goes a little something like this:
It’s your fist time trying Phenibut. You heard some pretty good things about it. Phenibut can help you change your mood. Phenibut can help you relax and be happy. You even heard music sounds really good on Phenibut.
So you order some Phenibut powder, wait a couple days for it to come to your house. You’re really excited and can’t wait to feel all the goods things you’ve been hearing about.
I have always been an anxious person since childhood, worrying about things rather than playing with other kids my age but my problems really started around 15 years ago.
After losing my best friend to cancer and my partner at the time leaving me weeks after having out daughter, I thought I was coping really well, and then one day I was in town with a friend and we were standing in a queue at the bank and we were chatting away and suddenly everything went hazy.
The only way I can describe it is that everything seemed distance, and I could see people and see their mouths moving but I couldn’t seem to understand what they were saying. I can remember my friend shaking me and asking if I was ok and feeling like my heart was about to explode out of my chest and needing to find the nearest chair as my legs felt as though they couldn’t hold me up.
felt like something was really wrong, and would go as far as to say I felt I was dying and I just needed to get home. We left town in a hurry, with my friend crying with fear because she didn’t know what was happening to me. That was my biggest mistake, as the only place I felt safe then was home and it became my prison for 5 years.
I’m sure this has happened to everyone before.
You’re listening to music or watching something on your I-Phone or Android than all of sudden it stops. You hear the ringtone to your phone playing as someone is calling you.
